New Year, New Finds

Discover: (transitive verb) to see, find, or become aware of (something) for the first time. To learn or find out (something surprising or unexpected).

After an all too brief hiatus which included way too many burritos and binge watching Netflix, I've decided it's time to start up again with 'ye ol blog'. With the new year comes new experiences and chances to learn. Let's not chalk up this newfound sense of determination up to being a New Year's Resolution. This is more than a passing fancy or wishful thinking. This is wine and knowledge and self-discovery! (I can feel myself getting mushy here).

For me, 2016 is all about DISCOVERY.

Getting outside of my wine box (not boxed wine) and really delving into the world of wine.  I've decided to start in New York City. A mecca for the food and wine industry. So, Bon Voyage! Or how would they say it in New York? Hey, I'm walking here! Hopefully this snow storm doesn't keep the wine bars closed or I'll be out of a post!
